2023

Established HTSI Japan Branch in Kumamoto.
2023 tsmc F15B Supplier Award.
Launched the distribution of photomask CD-SEMs from Advantest.

2022

Established a cooperative relationship with Sentec E&E Co., Ltd. and jointly invested in the establishment of Titan Asia Inc.
Established in-house SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production line.
Obtained the ISO 9001 standard for quality management systems (certification scope: probe card design and manufacturing).

2021

Established HTSI Tainan Branch in the Southern Taiwan Science Park.
Deployed membrane probe cards and probe card PGV services.

2020

Established in-house probe card production line via technology transfer to MICRONICS JAPAN CO., LTD. (cantilever probe card manufacturing technology).
2020 tsmc F7 Supplier Excellence Award

2018

Researched and developed customized automation products.

2017

Hermes Testing Solutions (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. was established.
Hprobe tester was launched into the market.
Awarded the 2017 Hsinchu District “Outstanding General Manager Award”

2016

Obtained the ISO 9001 standard for quality management systems in November (certification scope: production and testing of semiconductor devices).
Collaborated with the Industrial Technology Research Institute on a laser cleaning project.
Entered the FA test market, distributing the E84 sensor from Get Control, Inc.

2015

Researched and developed customized products for back-end “wafer” testing and offered testing-related engineering services.

2014

Offered in-plant “downgrade” DRAM testing services.

2009

Entered “Flash memory and Mask ROM” market to sell probe cards.

2008

Established in-house cobra probe card production line.

2004

HTSI was established in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
